I admit I’m perplexed when Democrats (and other non-MAGATS) comfort themselves by saying, “Well, it’s only for four years.” What a lovely set of rose-colored glasses you wear. How quaint to rely on guardrails and the rule of law. Unfortunately, Trump doesn’t abide by those niceties. I’ve long believed once Trump regained power, he would never give it up. (Witness the firing of 12 watchdogs in a late night purge).
So it came as zero surprise to me…
